Lifting Double-Layer Glass Reactor - Electric Type

The structure of the lifting glass reactor vessel can be designed as either single-layer or double-layer. The reaction solution can be placed in the inner layer for stirring, while the intermediate layer can be connected to a heat source or cold source (such as refrigerant, hot water, or hot oil) for circulating heating or cooling of the reaction. Under constant temperature conditions, in a sealed glass reactor, stirring reactions can be conducted under atmospheric or vacuum conditions as required, and the reaction solution can also be subjected to reflux and distillation. By manually lifting the reactor body or using an electric lift for the reactor lid, operations such as opening, cleaning, and discharging solid materials become more convenient. This instrument is an ideal production device for modern fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and bio-synthesis of new materials.

Features:

1.The glass assembly uses G3.3 borosilicate glass for corrosion and heat resistance.

2.The design features a lifting pot body or pot lid and a pot body that can be rotated 120°, providing high work efficiency.
3.PTFE discharge valve, corrosion resistant, heat resistant, no dead corners, no sample accumulation, and can be quickly discharged or flushed.

4.PTFE paddles for stirring and mixing of low to high viscosity liquids(stirring paddle type selectable).

5.It can be expanded and customized according to specific needs of other functional devices.
