Single Layer Glass Reactor-Heating Pot Type

The single-layer glass reactor vessel structure can be designed in two types: spherical or cylindrical. Materials are placed inside the reactor for stirring and synthesis reactions. Two forms of electric heating are used to provide a constant-temperature heat source for the materials: a heating bath (water or oil bath) or a heating jacket. Under constant-temperature conditions, the sealed glass reactor can perform stirring reactions under either atmospheric or vacuum conditions, and can also perform reflux and distillation of the reaction solution. This instrument is an ideal production device for modern fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and bio-synthesis of new materials.

1.The glass assembly uses G3.3 borosilicate glass for corrosion and heat resistance.

2.Mechanical seal design with PTFE/ceramic bearings/alloy steel moving ring + ceramic stationary ring for better dynamic sealing performance of the agitator.

3.Electronic or variable frequency speed control, constant speed adjustment, low noise, strong torque, safe and stable.

4.PTFE discharge valve, corrosion resistant, heat resistant, no dead corners, no sample accumulation, and can be quickly discharged or flushed.
