There are large-capacity and large-caliber rotary evaporation bottles, which are placed in a water bath and heated while rotating to make the solution evaporate efficiently. The product can be matched with circulating water multi-purpose vacuum pumps, diaphragm vacuum pumps, low-temperature circulation (vacuum) pumps, circulating coolers, constant temperature circulators, low-temperature coolant circulation pumps, etc. to form a system device. The principle is that under vacuum conditions, constant temperature heating makes the rotary bottle rotate at a constant speed, and the material forms a large-area film on the bottle wall, which evaporates efficiently. The solvent vapor is cooled by an efficient glass condenser and recovered in the collection bottle, which greatly improves the evaporation efficiency. It is particularly suitable for the concentration and purification of biological products that are easily decomposed and denatured at high temperatures.
