Single Layer Glass Reactor-Heating Pot Type

The single-layer glass reactor vessel structure can be designed in two types: spherical or cylindrical. Materials are placed inside the reactor for stirring and synthesis reactions. Two forms of electric heating are used to provide a constant-temperature heat source for the materials: a heating bath (water or oil bath) or a heating jacket. Under constant-temperature conditions, the sealed glass reactor can perform stirring reactions under either atmospheric or vacuum conditions, and can also perform reflux and distillation of the reaction solution. This instrument is an ideal production device for modern fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and bio-synthesis of new materials.
